Shipping Policy

At PackAndPurr we are committed to delivering your pet essentials as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS

We offer completely free standard shipping on every order shipped to the United States. There is no minimum order value required and free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. We believe every pet parent deserves affordable access to quality products which is why we never charge for shipping.

2. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands. We also do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses at this time. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location please contact us at info@packandpurr.com before placing your order.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing your order and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We ship from US warehouses to ensure fast delivery to our customers. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. Total delivery time from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door is typically 5 to 9 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and other factors outside our control.

5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with major US shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The carrier used for your shipment is selected based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the fastest available option. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Every order placed on packandpurr.com includes order tracking at no additional cost. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your PackAndPurr account at any time to view your order status and tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@packandpurr.com.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause shipping delays. These include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, high volume shipping periods such as holidays, and other unforeseen events. PackAndPurr is not responsible for shipping delays caused by these circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed we will do our best to communicate with you and work with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

8. LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it please first check around your property including any safe drop locations, with neighbors, and at your building reception if applicable. If you still cannot locate your package please contact us at info@packandpurr.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. PackAndPurr is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as missing or stolen.

9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged please do not discard the packaging. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@packandpurr.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

10. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. PackAndPurr is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address please contact us immediately at info@packandpurr.com. If your order has not yet been shipped we will do our best to update your address. If your order has already been shipped we may not be able to redirect it and you may need to follow our returns process once the package is returned to us.

11. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple items they will generally be shipped together in one package. In some cases items may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. If your order is shipped in multiple packages you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

12. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During major US holidays and peak shopping periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders well in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery. We will notify customers of any expected delays during peak periods through our website and email communications.
