Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouses and arrive at your door within 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on most items. If your pet doesn’t love what you ordered, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Just email us at hello@packandpurr.com to start a return.
Right now we ship within the US only — including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We’re working on expanding to Canada and the UK in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Every product in our store is reviewed for safety, durability, and pet-friendliness before we list it. We avoid products with toxic materials, sharp edges, or known safety issues. If you have specific concerns about an ingredient or material, email us — we’re happy to look into it.
We get it — pets are picky. If your dog ignores the toy or your cat won’t sleep in the bed, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. No questions asked, no need to convince us your cat is dramatic.
